Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. During the peak Halloween season (September-October), we recommend choosing expedited shipping at checkout to guarantee delivery before your event.
What is your return policy for costumes?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the costume is unworn, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories. Please note that wigs, makeup, and hosiery are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer group or bulk discounts?
Yes! If you are ordering for a dance troupe, theatrical production, or a large group, please contact our support team for specialized pricing on orders of 10 items or more.
