At Hallowitch Costumes, we want you to be spellbound by your purchase. If your costume isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn costume in its original packaging with all accessories and tags included to ensure a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
